This course is based on the Grace Theology Press book, Living by Grace. The book attempts to make the case for grace in every corner of our lives—whether in ministry, at home, or in our workplaces.
There have been many sermons and songs, books, and biographies about grace. And that is because grace is at the heart of God and central to the Bible. Grace is at the center of the life of Abraham, Moses, and David as well as the apostles Paul and Peter. Jesus was the perfect personification of grace in all of life. The grace of God and the God of grace is fundamental and foundational to all biblical revelation and the story of the Bible.
Since we were saved by grace, shouldn’t we also live by grace? Since God is grace, shouldn’t we live within grace and give it to others instead of just experiencing it ourselves? It’s only natural then that we live by grace.
